Heather Davis appeared for a Pre-Trial Hearing on her charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver and Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Her trial was continued to February 5, 2019 on her motion.
Rick Boatright appeared for a Pre-Trial Hearing on his charges of Possession of an Explosive Device. His case was continued to December 6, 2018 for a Pre-Trial Hearing and set for Jury Trial on December 18, 2018.
Christian Cottrell appeared for a Pre-TrialHearing on his charges of Strangulation, a Felony; Child Abuse Resulting in Bodily Injury, a Felony; Violation of a Protective Order, a Misdemeanor; and Driving revoked for DUI, Second Offense, a Misdemeanor. His case was set for Trial on December 18, 2018.
Justin Hannah appeared for an Arraignment Hearing on his charges of Grand Larceny, a Felony, and Receiving or Transferring a Stolen Vehicle, a Felony. His case was set for a Pre-Trial Hearing on November 14, 2018 and for Trial on December 18, 2018. He also was served with a Bench Warrant which had been outstanding in Circuit Court Case No. 15-F-14, charges relating to Forgery and Uttering.

Linda Arnold appeared for Arraignment on her charge of Fraud in Obtaining Welfare Benefits, a Felony. Mrs. Arnold entered a plea of No Contest to Fraud in Obtaining Welfare Benefits, a Misdemeanor, a lesser included offense of the Felony. She was ordered to pay restitution to the State of West Virginia in the amount of three thousand five hundred eleven dollars ($3511.00) and fined five hundred dollars ($500.00).
Henry Stutler appeared for sentencing following his guilty plea to Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person, a Felony. He was sentenced to one to three years in the state penitentiary and was given 274 days of credit for time served. The Court recommended that Mr. Stutler complete the residential substance abuse treatment program prior to being granted parole.
Keith Moore appeared for a hearing on the State's motion to revoke and forfeit his bond on his charges of Driving Revoked for DUI, 3rd offense, a felony. Mr. Moore admitted to violating his bond. The Court ordered that he serve ten days in jail and that his bond be reinstated upon his release with the same terms and conditions.
Arla Lane appeared on her motion to expunge her charges of petit larceny and conspiracy, both misdemeanors. Upon hearing no objection, the Court did grant her motion and order that those charges be expunged.
