Justa L. Harper, 72, of Spencer, died Friday, November 2, 2018 at CAMC Memorial Hospital, Charleston.
She was born August 2, 1946 at Spencer, the daughter of the late John Wesley and Pauline Belva Westfall Dye.
Justa was a homemaker and loving mother. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Spencer.
Survivors include son, James Harper of Hampton, Va.; daughter, Dana Nitz of Salem, Va.; four grandchildren, Sarah, Andrew, Aicha, and Jasmine; sister, Terry Conley of Maryland; brother, John W. Dye, II of Left Hand.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 5 at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Mark Wood officiating. Burial will be in the Eventide Cemetery, Spencer. The visitation will be one hour before the funeral.
