| 10/31/2018 10:20 PM - State Police and the Calhoun Sheriffs Department were responding to a 911 call on Leafbank Road where a 55-year-old man had reportedly been beaten with a ball bat.
The caller reported that a person wearing a ski mask entered the property and had beat on the man.
Calhoun EMS was responding to the scene and taking the victim to Minnie Hamilton Health System.
Reports indicated that the perpetrator left the residence and was walking down Leafbank Road.
Leafbank Road is just west of Grantsville off WV Rt. 5.
No other details available.
State Police responded Wednesday to a 911 call about 4 p.m. from Crooked Run, a woman staying two men in a truck made threats toward her.
Calhoun responders went to Altizer Road after noon Wednesday where a male had wrecked a dirt bike, but could not be located. |
