Police are investigating an early morning robbery Wednesday at the Go-Mart at Big Otter, the I-79 interchange in Clay
County.
A man entered the Go-Mart about 3:00 a.m. and told the clerk he had a gun, said Clay County Sheriff's Deputy Sgt. Miles
Slack.
The robber had a note that said he had a gun, asking for money. The clerk gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money
from the cash register, according to the Sheriff's Department. He left in a late model, black Ford pickup truck, after being in
the store 3-4 minutes.
The deputy said the man was about 5 feet 8 inches tall and was wearing a mask and bulky, dark-colored clothes.
This was the second time the store has been hit by an armed robber. |
