The race is on for mayor and council slots in the Town of Grantsville, the election is scheduled in
May. The mayor's position is being sought by incumbent Gary Knight, who is being opposed by newcomer Neil Blankenship, a longtime resident of the town. Phelma Jane Wease is unopposed for Town Recorder.
