Tracy and Missy West entered the 2018 Two Runs Community Building Chili Cook-Off held October 27 in Palestine, West Virginia.
The West's chili won People's Choice and will be featured on the menu throughout chili season at the JB Diner in Elizabeth. Their recipe also placed 2nd in the 'Spicy' division.
