TWO CALHOUN MEN CHARGED WITH INTIMIDATING WITNESS - Charges Linked To Earlier Drug Bust |

The Calhoun Sheriffs Department arrested two men Wednesday for intimidating a witness. Sheriff Jeff Starcher and State Policeman B. E. Young charged Tommy Rinehart, 60, of Big Bend and Eric McCumbers, about 35, of Bull River, Grantsville, with intimidating a state witness in connection to a drug bust. Rinehart has three counts related to intimidation, with McCumbers having one count on the same charge. McCumbers was also charged with possession of a controlled substance. A criminal complaint alleges one of the individuals allegedly waved a gun at a witness. Both men posted bond at Calhoun Magistrate Court. |
