 An Arnoldsburg man, Benjamin Cole Laughlin, 25 (left) was arrested by Kanawha County officials Sunday.
Laughlin is facing two charges, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and possession of a Schedule III controlled substance.
He is in South Central Regional Jail.
Roane authorities arrested Timothy Lee Tallhammer, 38, and charged him with delivery of a controlled substance to a correctional facility and delivery of a controlled substance.
Tallhammer is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $30,000.
