| Nancy E. Bailey, 73, of Vincent, Ohio, passed away, Friday, September 14, 2018, at the Marietta Center, Marietta, Ohio.
She was born August 24, 1945 at Oka, the daughter of the late Charles and Georgia Lloyd Conley.
Survivors include her husband, John S. Bailey; daughter Georgian Bailey; son, Tim Bailey; siblings, David Conley, Faye Dye, Kathy Cummings, Connie Workman, Charles Conley.
Service was held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 17 at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Gary Drake officiating. The visitation was one hour before the funeral. Burial was in the Clover Cemetery, Clover.
