| Arlene McDonald, 89, of Parkersburg passed away on September 14, 2018 at her residence. She was born December 28, 1928 at Mt. Zion in Calhoun County, WV to the late Joseph Hall and Allie Whytsell Hall Butler. She was a homemaker and was a member of the North-End church of Christ. She loved to quilt, sew and read.
She is survived by two sons, including Lloyd E. McDonald, Jr., three daughters, including Sarah (Ed) Hildebrand and Shirley Rader, fourteen grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild, several nieces and nephews including Chuck and Sam Conger and Buster and Judy Hersman.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd E. McDonald, Sr., four sisters including her identical twin, Irene Conger and four brothers.
There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the North-End church of Christ with Evangelist John W. Rockhold, III and Evangelist Steven Haguewood officiating. A Gathering of Friends and Family will be from 10 am to 11 am also at the church on Saturday.
