Lowell Parry Morgan, age 84, of North Canton, Ohio passed away August 28, 2018 at Aultman Compassionate Care Center.
He was born August 4, 1934 in Akron, Ohio, son to the late Raymond F. and Ruth (Parry) Morgan.
He was a 1951 graduate of Wirt County High School. Lowell proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War conflict. His career spanned 51 years in the aluminum trailer industry. He was highly respected for his exceptional sales and management skills. Lowell was often acknowledged for his design and engineering contributions through national publications. Most of his 51 years were with Ravens Trailers.
His lifelong passion was his family farm on Camp Barbe in Wirt County, West Virginia. He and his family enjoyed the restoration of the 100-year-old farmhouse and beautiful countryside. Lowell spent countless hours grooming the fields and maintaining the impeccable landscape. His farm was truly his pride and joy.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his in-laws, Conard and Elah Mills and brother-in-law, Rev. Bob Stanley.
Survivors include his beloved wife Jeanetta B. "Jean" (Mills) Morgan; son, Raymond L Morgan (Marian); sister, Alice Faye Stanley of Kenova, WV; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Aultman Compassionate Care Center for their kind and gentle care.
Memorial will be 2-4 pm, Saturday, Sept 15, 2018 with services at 4 pm, at Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth with the Rev. Jim Stanley officiating. Interment will be at K of P Cemetery of Elizabeth WV.
