CROSS LANES STABBING -
Kanawha County deputies say a woman was taken to the hospital after a stabbing in Cross Lanes Sunday evening.
Deputies said a robbery was reported at Tammy's on Cross Lanes Drive. Store employees said a female clerk was stabbed in the neck and hit with a microwave during the robbery.
The clerk was transported to an area hospital where she is in critical condition.
There are two suspects in the case. The first is described as a white male in his 30's, approximately 6 feet tall and slender build. The other is described as a white female in her 30's, approximately 5 foot 6 inches tall, 180 pounds.
Deputies said the suspects left carrying a duffel bag.
