| Heavy flooding struck Braxton County Tuesday evening.
Sections of Route 4 in Gassaway and Sutton are shut down due to flooding.
There are also reports of rockslides and mudslides in Gassaway.
The National Weather Service had issued a flash flood warning for Braxton County.
About three inches of rain fell on Braxton in about one hour.
Meanwhile strong storms are moving around the area.
