Cecilia "Nicole" Jackson Smarr age 28 of Glenville, WV, departed this life suddenly in the early morning hours of Thursday, June 28, 2018 at the Minnie Hamilton Health Center in Grantsville, WV, following a short illness.
She was born July 26, 1989 in Braxton County, a daughter of Dennis and Kimmy Miller Jackson.
Nicole is a graduate of Gilmer County High School, class of 2008. She was a homemaker who loved reading, shopping, drawing, writing, spending time with the kids, Garrett, Charlotte, and Zoey, and living the quiet life in West Virginia.
On October 15, 2017 Nicole was united in marriage to Kenneth Wayne Smarr, who survives at their Glenville home.
Surviving are 2 step-children, Garrett and Charlotte Smarr of Glenville; 1 sister, Skylar Moore (Caleb) of Glenville; 1 niece, Zoey Moore of Glenville; paternal grandfather, Sam Lemon of Birch River; and maternal grandparents, Bill and Jaunita Miller of Glenville.
Nicole is preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Jenny Lemon.
Nicole's request for cremation has been honored and a Celebration of Life will be conducted at the Ellyson Mortuary, Inc; 2 Vanhorn Drive, Glenville, WV at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 5, 2018 with Rev. Mike Jackson officiating. Friends will be received from 11-1 Thursday at the mortuary.
