| Calhoun authorities arrested Melissa Jean Joseph for possession of meth precursors and animal cruelty.
She was taken to Central Regional Jail.
Michael Lee Duncan, 40, has been arrested in Gilmer County for petit larceny, and taken to Central Regional Jail.
