| The Calhoun Christmas Connection asks you to celebrate "Christmas in July" by donating now.
The annual Christmas give-a-way event in 2017 served 209 children and a total of 418 families.
"We want to insure that we have enough funds to provide for at least that number again in 2018," said volunteer Jean Simers.
Simers said the group hopes to establish "Christmas in July" as an annual fundraising event, but needs financial help to make it successful.
