WOMAN FIRES GUN AT BOYFRIEND - Kanawha County deputies have arrested a Rand woman after court documents say she fired multiple shots in the direction of her ex-boyfriend over the weekend.
Destiny Haven Childress, 27 is charged with wanton endangerment.
Court documents say Childress got into an argument with her ex-boyfriend Saturday that continued in the roadway outside her Clemson Avenue home. A criminal complaint from Kanawha County Magistrate Court says Childress admitted to firing a small caliber semi-automatic handgun.
Deputies found four ejected shell casings in the street.
Childress is being held in the South Central Regional Jail on a $5,000 cash only bond.
DODDRIDGE MAN ARRESTED - The Doddridge County Sheriff's Office says it has arrested a man wanted on multiple charges, who deputies say was armed and dangerous.
Charles William Davis, also known as Charley Davis was arrested Monday afternoon on charges of domestic battery, wanton endangerment and grand larceny.
Authorities had issued an arrest warrant for Davis on Monday morning, and had warned the public that Davis was armed and dangerous. |
