| A Mt. Zion, Calhoun woman, has been indicted by a Roane County Grand Jury.
Heather D. Starcher, 29, was indicted on felony charges of destruction of property with $12,000 damages to a building owned by a Spencer man.
The complaint alleges that Starcher was evicted from an apartment and she left the water running. |
