| Philip Lyle Stevens, 77, of Arnoldsburg, WV passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at his home.
He was born March 17, 1941 in Calhoun County, WV, a son of the late Bert and Myrtle Gainer Stevens.
He is survived by wife, Velcia Ann Tanner Stevens of Arnoldsburg, WV.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.
