| Robert H. Moody Jr., 70, of Elizabeth, passed away April 22, 2018 at his home. He was born Nov. 23, 1947 to Robert H. Moody Sr and Zoanna Irene Dorsey and raised by his step-father Willard Dorsey. He was preceded in death by his parents, step-father, his wife Juanita Moody; siblings Willa Ann, Charles Dale and Debbie Moody and grandson, William Krantz.
He is survived by his daughter Robin Ludwig (Mark); a son Phillip Dennis (Shawna); grandchildren , Amanda Krantz (Homer), Zachary Gohn, Aiden Ludwig; a great-grandchild Shylaya Lanham; his companion Cynthia Robbins; and siblings Karen March, Gary Dorsey (Dee), Larry Dorsey, Beverly Swain (Mike), Bobby Moody (Kelly), Larry Moody (Theresa) and an uncle, Wayne Wright (Sandy).
He enjoyed music and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He worked as a welder at Ravens Metal until disabled in the 1980's.
Visitation will be at Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth, WV, Tuesday, April 24 from 4-8 pm. Funeral will be Wednesday, April 25 at 11 am with burial at Hill Grove No. 2. |
