| Responders went to a single vehicle accident about four miles up Nicut Road off Rt. 16 at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
The car reportedly went into a ditch.
A middle aged woman in the vehicle indicated she had a shoulder injury and was taken to Roane General Hospital.
The Upper West Fork VFD responded to the call, the woman was likely taken to the hospital.
