Leon Kerby entered a no contest plea to Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, a Felony. He will be sentenced on May 31.
Phillip Knicely entered a guilty plea to Forgery, a Felony, and to Larceny of Bank Notes, a Misdemeanor. He will be sentenced on May 31.
