Cindy Lynn McCartney, 59, of Grantsville WV went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 17, 2018, with family by her side.
Cindy was born March 29, 1958 in Baltimore Maryland daughter of the late Arline McCartney.
Cindy loved working jigsaw puzzles and most of all she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Cindy is survived by her son Roy Stuart and wife Kelli of Morgantown, and her daughter Kaira Wood and husband Doug of Normantown. She is also survived by five grandchildren; Doug and Kala Wood and fiance Caleb Snider, and Breanna, Taylor and Jolyn Stuart; and one unborn great grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at the Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Grantsville, WV on Friday, March 30, 2018 from 4-5 pm with Pastor Johnny Grey officiating.
The family also invites friends to attend a dinner afterwards at Bramblewood Apartments. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Roy Stuart, 1488 Sugar Grove Rd., Morgantown, WV 26501 or Kaira Wood, 4221 Rosedale Rd., Normantown, WV 25267.
