Tressie Minnie Morris Metheney, 96, of Ravenswood (03/24/2018) Tressie Minnie Morris Metheney, 96, of Ravenswood, WV died on Thursday, March 22, 2018, at Charleston Area Medical Center-General. She was born September 11, 1921, a daughter of the late George and Ella Tanner Morris. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Texie LaMar and Dessie Wilford and brother, William Morris. She is survived by nephews, Bill (Weeg) Morris and Donald D. LaMar; great-nephews, Donne P. LaMar and Dustin LaMar; and great-great-nieces, Paisley LaMar and Tristin LaMar. A funeral service will be held Saturday 2 p.m., March 24, 2018 at Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Arnoldsburg, WV with Rev. Rick Metheney officiating.
