Severed Frontier cable on Milo Road

Frontier strike ended after union members get new contract.

A considerable number of customers are without service in the Minnora, Milo and Beech areas, without service after highway maintenance workers dredging ditch lines and replacing culverts severed phone cables.

That outage occurred about 12 days ago, still not repaired.

Customers report that Frontier says they will make repairs about two weeks from the date of the report, saying that was customary before the strike. Other outages appeared to be related to the snow storm Tuesday night.
