James Rodney Price was pumping gas at a Spencer station when Cpl. P. S. Fisher noticed his erratic behavior.
Cpl. Fisher discovered boxes of meth and marijuana in his vehicle, with a pair of scales.
Price was charged with possession of meth and marijuana, in addition to improper registration and no proof of motor vehicle registration.
He was taken to Central Regional Jail. |
