| Flora Ann Seabolt Belcher, 83, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the Roane General Hospital in Spencer.
She was born May 27, 1934 in Walton, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Carl and Fannie J. Simonds Haynes. She was a homemaker.
Flora is survived by her husband, Raymond Belcher; her children, William Blane Seabolt, Barbara Ellen Bowers, Darlene Seabolt, Sharlene Ice and Jim Miller; her sisters and brother, Mabel West, Patrecia J. Walker, and Benjamin Charles Haynes; three step-sons; 11 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; and 2 step-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Rome Seabolt; two brothers, Pfc. Roy Carl Haynes who died in the Korean War in 1950 and Robert Lee Haynes; and three sisters, Estelle Brown, Freda King, and Marie Cole.
Service will be at 1:00pm Sunday, February 25, 2018 at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer with Rev. Jackie Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in the Clover Cemetery near Spencer. Visiting will be one hour prior to the service on Sunday. |
