Benjamin Smith West, 75, of Mt. Zion, WV went to be with his Lord on Friday, February 16, 2018 at the Glenville Center.
He was born October 26, 1942, a son of the late Seldon and Ivy May West.
He is survived by his wife, Anita Jarvis West; son James West of Mudfork, WV; daughter, Sheldy McCawley and husband, Mike; granddaughter, Laura McCawley of Charlestown, IN; step-son, Gregory Eagle and wife, Shannon; step-grandson, Ace Eagle of Kenna, WV; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, Hartis, Mason, Carlos, George, and Corrbitt and sisters, Bonnie, Emogene, Clara May and Agnes Fay West.
There will be visitation at the funeral home, Monday, February 19, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service, 1:00 p.m.
A funeral service will be held at Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Arnoldsburg, WV on Monday, February 19, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Brian Haber and Pastor David Weaver officiating. Interment will be in Minnora Cemetery.
