Medical clinic will be remodeled, site for additional services
Minnie Hamilton Health Care Center, Inc. is pleased to announce the establishment of the Calhoun Dental & Medical Clinic
at 100 Hospital Hill Drive in Grantsville (formerly the Aya ay medical office building).
Juanito M. Aya ay, M.D. will join the staff of Minnie Hamilton Health Care Center, Inc., upon his return from the Philippines
in May 2003. Dr. Aya ay will continue to see patients at the same location he has occupied for 27 years. The clinic will be
closed for renovations until mid February, after which medical services will continue and the new dental clinic will be fully
operational. Dental and medical clinic services and hours of operation will be announced shortly.

The public will soon be able to make appointments to see the doctor, dentist, and dental hygienist after renovations have
been completed. Calhoun Dental & Medical Clinic will have staff available to answer questions Monday through Friday,
from 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m. for the entire month of January. Please call 354-6144 for more information.
