| West Virginia, a state that has the near-highest rate of smoking in the USA, could see an increase of the age to use tobacco from 18-21.
West Virginia Lawmakers have introduced a bill that proposes an increase in age requirements to purchase tobacco products.
If both chambers agree this legislative session, Senate Bill 13 would raise the West Virginia tobacco age from 18 to 21.
