Clyde Chester "Micky" Parsons Jr., 52 of Charleston, WV, departed this earthly life to join his daddy in heaven on Sunday, December 31, 2017.
Clyde was born on November 22, 1965 in Weston, WV, son of Harold and Betty Blankenship Lowther of Cedarville and the late Clyde Parsons.
Micky enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, camping, and being at Virginia Beach with his companion, Michelle Pregenzer and their extended Pregenzer family.
Along with his mother and step-father, Clyde is survived by 3 daughters, Jennifer (Kris) Flynn of Tennessee, Rachel Parsons and Heather (Chad) Workman of Charleston, and 8 grandchildren, Ray, Kaden, and Kase Flynn of TN; and Ayleona and Madilyn Moss, and Jackson, Lily, and Eden Workman, all of Charleston.
Also surviving is his sister, Mary (Chuck aka Papa Bear) Fluharty of Charleston, 6 nieces and nephews, Chuck Fluharty II, Blake Bouton, Cayden Cranfield, Samantha and Emma Fluharty and Maryalice Cranfield, all of Charleston.
Clyde has an aunt Charlotte (Gary) Radcliff of Sand Fork, uncles, Lloyd (Connie) Stewart of Glenville, George (Betty) Jones of Kenna, and Edward Parsons of Linn, and there are also several cousins who survive.
Along with his father, Micky is preceded in death by grandparents, Thomas and Genevive Parsons, and Edith Jones Freshour, 3 aunts, Connie Radcliff, Betty Dennison, and Marzanna Parsons and 2 uncles, Larry Price and David Jones.
Graveside services were conducted on Monday, January 8, 2018 at the Boilon Cemetery with Pastor George Jones officiating.
