| David Lewis Underwood, 60, of Leroy, West Virginia, passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at home.
He was born December 18, 1957 in Detroit, Michigan, a son of the late Ossie and Mellie Shamblin Underwood. He was a former security guard.
He is survived by two sisters, Barbara Khdor of Michigan and Ruth Morris of West Virginia; and a brother, John Underwood of Leroy.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Ore, Delbert Robert, and Jack.
There will be no visitation or service as David was cremated.
