The driver of a car involved in a passing accident with a truck was taken to Charleston Area Medical Center by chopper Thursday morning, the extent of his injuries are unknown.
The vehicles crashed, including striking a metal guardrail, in front of Calhoun Banks (US 33-119) at Arnoldsburg about 10 a.m.
The driver of the car was partially ejected from the vehicle.
Responding to the incident was Minnie Hamilton EMS, Arnoldsburg VFD and the Upper West Fork VFD.
The Calhoun Sheriffs Department was investigating the accident.
