Mary E. Nichols, 62, of Looneyville, Roane County, West Virginia, died Thursday, January 2,
2003, in Roane General Hospital.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Epling Chapel Baptist
Church, Looneyville.
Survivors include her husband of 37 years, John "Henry" Nichols of Looneyville; two sons and
daughters-in-law, Randall and Melissa Nichols and Toby and Tracey Nichols all of
Looneyville; one daughter, Kim Nichols of Looneyville; two grandsons, J.C. Nichols and Austin
Nichols; several brothers and sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be conducted Saturday, January 4 at 1 p.m. in the John H. Taylor
Funeral Home, Spencer, with Reverend Leon B. Strickland officiating. Burial will be in the
Clover cemetery, Clover.
Friends may call at the funeral home one hour before the service.
