| We're headed into a holiday weekend, and that means thousands will fuel up their cars and hit the road, with some parts of WV reporting fuel costs rising as high as $3 per gallon.
Prices have gone up 30 to 45 cents a gallon, related to the hurricane and flooding in Texas and Louisiana.
