Codi A. Norman, 29, of 238A McGregor St., Cairo, was indicted on one count of child neglect creating risk of injury and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
* Michael W. Arnott, 50, of 622 Bird St., Parkersburg; Mark L. Lively, 50, of 695 Kentuck Road, Kenna; and Pamela J. Crislip, 50, of 3414 Reamer St., Parkersburg, were indicted on one charge each of grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny.
* Brandon M. Blouin, 24, of 1585 Lois St., Belpre, and Buddy Wolfe, no age or address listed, were indicted on two counts each of malicious assault and conspiracy to commit malicious assault and one count each of destruction of property and conspiracy to commit destruction of property.
* Anna M. Bunner, 44, and Jason J. Bunner, 40, both of 367 Mountain Drive, Pennsboro, were indicted on one count each of malicious assault, conspiracy to commit malicious assault, child abuse resulting in injury and conspiracy to commit child abuse resulting in injury.
* Ronald R. Conkle, 38, of 304 Para Ave., Akron, was indicted on charges of fleeing from an officer while under the influence of alcohol, fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference and child neglect creating risk of injury.P>
* Francis M. Cork Jr., 36, of 3483 Arnolds Creek Road, West Union, was indicted on a charge of failure to provide support to a minor.
* Brian D. Cowan, 21, of 603 Smith Hill Road, Cairo, and Darlene S. Siers, 44, of 1924 Cisco Road, Cairo, were indicted on two counts each of grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny.
* Troy L. Davis, 44, of 852 Main St., Cairo, was indicted on charges of wanton endangerment involving a firearm and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
* Christopher R. Dixon, 31, of 124 Bethel Chapel Road, McFarlan, W.Va., was indicted on charges of burglary and petit larceny.
* Randall T. Echard Jr., 27, of 412 Ohio Ave., Harrisville, was indicted on two counts of third-offense driving on a license revoked for driving under the influence.
* Charles G. Fischer, 42, no address listed, was indicted on two counts of failure to provide notice of registration changes.
* Bryan E. Foster, 46, of 803 Long Run Road, Greenwood, W.Va., was indicted on charges of malicious assault and domestic battery.
* Kelly M. Hosey, 32, of 1068 Goffs Road, Harrisville, was indicted on three counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
* Ronnie Hosey, 38, of 12 Grimm Lane, Pullman, was indicted on charges of malicious assault and third-offense domestic battery.
* Stephen T. Lusk, 55, of 5015 Holbrook Road, West Union, was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
* Lagina L. Morris, 42, of 525 Maryland Ave., Harrisville, was indicted on charges of burglary and petit larceny.
* Jason E. Oliver, 37, of 306 Lynn Camp Road, Pennsboro, and Jamie L. Freeland, 33, of 339 Lynn Camp Road, Pennsboro, were indicted on two counts each of burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary and one count each of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, conspiracy to commit operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, petit larceny and conspiracy to commit petit larceny.
