Missouri Pearl Richards, 92 of Big springs, died Friday, February 23
at Minnie Hamilton Health
Care Center, Grantsville.
Born in Calhoun County, she was the daughter of the late George and
Maude Greathouse
Norman. She was a homemaker and a member of the Big Springs United
Methodist Church.
Surviving Mrs. Richards are two daughters, Eldine Wilson of
Parkersburg, WV and Ernastine
Lynch of Cleveland, Ohio, two sisters, Dortha Gant of Barran Springs,
VA and Bernadine
Braham of Parkersburg, 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren and
10 great great
grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Richards in 1988, a
son, Clyde J. Richards,
four sisters, Rosa Dell Jones, Sadie Hemmingway, Ola Sims and Maggie
Richards, a brother,
William Norman, 3 great grandchildren and one great great
grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Stump Funeral Home,
Grantsville, WV.
Interment will be in the Big Springs Cemetery. Friends may call at the
funeral home 1 hour prior
to the service.
