5/11/08 - Two people were killed in a single vehicle crash on I-79 in Roane County Sunday afternoon.
West Virginia State Police say a man and a woman were killed when their vehicle rolled over and threw them out.
The crash happened near the 25 mile marker of I-79 South in the Amma area just after noon on Sunday.
The lanes were closed about four hours.
The Newton Volunteer Fire Department, Clay and Roane County EMS, Roane County deputies and West Virginia State Police responded to the crash. |
