CIRCUIT COURT PROCESSES CASES - Next Court Sessions Are Scheduled

Gary Dale Goodrich, 53, of Belpre, Ohio was scheduled for a suppression hearing on April 16 and a criminal trial in May, facing a 3rd offense DUI.

Guy Denzil Knicely, 30, of Chloe, is scheduled for a fourth trial on May 8, related to a current charge of fleeing from an officer.

James A. Christman of Grantsville, charged on multiple offenses related to the manufacturing, possession or delivery of marijuana, was scheduled for a suppression hearing on March 19.

Shelly Sue Burrows of Grantsville, charged with similar offenses related to the same incident, is also scheduled for a suppression hearing on March 19.

Kelly Ann Mace, 36, of Chloe, charged with possession with intent to deliver crank, was scheduled for a suppression hearing on March 19.

David Scott Arthur, 28, of Creston, charged with possession of crank with intent to deliver, was scheduled for a suppression hearing on April 16.

Jerry Scott Wagoner, 26, of Big Springs, charged with the possession of crank with intent to deliver, has also been scheduled for a suppression hearing on April 16.

Jamie Johnston, who was currently incarcerated, was sentenced to one year of home confinement.

Darrell E. Blake, Jr., who is currently incarcerated for wanton endangerment, was denied motions regarding the appeal of his case.

Darrell L. Neal, 29, of Chloe, has been scheduled for a criminal trial on May 8, regarding sexual abuse and assault charges related to a minor female.

Timothy Oral Mace, 34, has been scheduled for a second criminal trial on May 3 related to counterfeiting a license plate.

Jeremy Dilgard, 19, of Grantsville, has been scheduled for pre trail motions on March 19 related to charges of stealing a car hood from Furr's Auto.

Stephen Summers, 35, of Orma, was scheduled for pre-trial motions on March 19 related to a petit larceny charge of stealing tools and equipment in 1995.

Teddy Lewis Moss is scheduled for imposition of sentence on April 4.

The court did not process civil cases. The next session of Circuit Court is May 3 and the Grand Jury is scheduled for May 1. Judge David Nibert will hear juvenile cases in Calhoun tomorrow.
