Arnoldsburg businessman and veteran of the Korean War, Billie Dean Houchin, 82, has died.
He founded Houchin Construction and Houchin Rental & Sales and was the owner of Houchin Fabric Shop.
He worked for several pipeline contractors before starting his own business in Arnoldsburg, which has employed hundreds of Calhoun men and women.
Houchin was long known for giving back to his communuty.
