| A Glenville State athlete was killed Monday afternoon in a vehicle crash on Rt. 5 a few miles west of Glenville.
Dejana Ludoski played volleyball for Glenville State in 2012 and 2013 and was an All-Conference player during her two seasons.
The native of Belgrade, Serbia, she also was a member of the Cross Country, Track & Field, and Golf teams.
Ludoski was a GSC student assistant and worker in the athletic department.
"It was with sadness in my heart that we informed our Glenville State Pioneer family today about the loss of Dejana Ludowski," GSC Athletic Director Marcal Lazenby said.
She will be honored at a candlelight memorial Tuesday night in the parking area of the Waco Center in Glenville.
