| A former Calhoun man, Tyler R, Castle, 23, has been sentenced 1-10 years in prison by a Roane County judge, after he stole a car in Roane County, took a loaded gun from a customer at a Spencer store and pointed the gun at the owner, then drove around a police barricade before he was captured.
Judge David W. Nibert sentenced Castle 1-10 years for grand larceny, one year for brandishing a deadly weapon, and six months for DUI. He will serve the sentences concurrently. |
