| John Edward Morris, 52, of Gandeeville, West Virginia, passed away on April 25, 2016 at his home.
He was born October 6, 1963 in Illinois, a son of John Floyd Morris of Ashtabula, Ohio and the late Barbara Broglin Younce.
He was a loving father and grandfather, a former roofer and welder and formerly worked at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Michigan.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann Underwood Morris of Spencer, West Virginia; a daughter, Holly Casto of Spencer; four grandchildren; a brother, Michael Morris of Tennessee; his step-father, Dempsey "Gene" Younce of Michigan; and several nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a sister, Virginia Luperna.
There will be no visitation or service as his wish was to be cremated.
Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer is in charge of the arrangements.
