June Lambert, 79, of Newton, West Virginia, died at 11:00 p.m. Friday, April 28, 2016, at her home.
She was born September 13, 1936 at Stinson, Calhoun County, a daughter of the late Carl M. and Josephine Shafer Drake. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Lambert and son, Jason Hall.
Mrs. Lambert was a member and primary Sunday school teacher at the Uler Memorial Church.
Survivors include a son, Jeff Hall of Copley, Ohio; two grandchildren, Saige Hall and Kit Hall; sisters, Karen Whitaker of Tenn. and Edith Ince of Newton; brothers, Frank Drake of Barberton, Ohio and Karell Drake of Orrville, Ohio; several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 4 at the Zion Hill Cemetery, Elana, with the Rev. Ed Young officiating. There will be no visitation.
John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, is in charge of arrangements.
