MCCUNE SENTENTED ON METH CHARGES - Knicely Sentenced On DUI Charges

During Calhoun Circuit Court this week, Dennis McCune was sentenced to three years probation on his conviction of attempting to operate a clandestine methamphetamine drug laboratory, a felony.

Calhoun prosecutor Shannon Johnson said McCune was ordered to pay $2.50 per month in a supervised probation fee and $2.50 per month community corrections fee. He also must pay the court costs and attorney fees associated with the case.

Cody Little appeared after having been arrested on a Governor's Warrant from Pennsylvania. The court ordered that Pennsylvania shall have fourteen days to retrieve Little and return him to their state.

Prosecutor Johnson said Micheal Knicely was sentenced to one to three years in the state penitentiary for driving revoked for DUI, third or subsequent offense, a Felony.

Knicely's sentence was suspended and he was allowed to serve that sentence on home confinement with electronic monitoring. He was also fined $3,000. He was also ordered to pay court costs and attorney fees.

Joshawa Whipkey was sentenced to six months in the regional jail on his conviction of possession of a controlled substance.

This sentence was suspended and he was placed on home confinement with electronic monitoring. He was ordered to pay the court costs and attorney fees associated with this case.
