Roane County authorities arrest James Benton Holbert, Jr.,44, Friday night and charged him with one felony count and eight misdemeanor charges.
Holbert is charged with wanton endangerment, brandishing, domestic assault, domestic battery, driving while suspended and revoked, obstructing, no seat belt, no insurance.
He is in Central Regional Jail with bond yet to be set.
Calhoun authorities have arrested Daniel Mark Johnson, 29. He is facing two felony charges DUI-3rd and unlawful taking of a vehicle.
He is in Central Regional Jail.
