| A Roane County man, Randall Ray Bender, Jr., 36, has been charged with domestic assault and DUI. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $12,500. Braxton authorities have arrested Cecil Ray Sheppard, 61, and charged him with possession of meth and driving suspended. Bond has been set at $5,000 at Central Regional Jail. |
