Eight-year-old Erica Lynch was chosen 2016 People's Choice during the Fire and Ice pageant, held Saturday, and sponsored by the Marching Carousels Twirling Corp.
Erica attends Arnoldsburg Elementary School, and
is the daughter of Victoria Lynch and Patrick Duncil, and granddaughter of Patricia Lynch and Harry Runnion.
