| A Calhoun man Alfred Gene Starcher, Jr. will be participating in the 14th Annual Toughman Contest that will be held this Friday and Saturday, March 11th and 12th at the Elkins High School Gymnasium.
Starcher will be among 100 participants.
In addition to all the action and excitement that Toughman delivers every year, this year fans will be treated to a pro bout on Saturday night, featuring former two time Elkins Toughman
lightweight-champion, undefeated Dakota Linger, of Buckhannon, WV versus Lee Kreisher, of Dover, OH.
The event will start at 7:30 p.m. both nights.
