Corey Metheney appeared for sentencing last week, in Calhoun Circuit Court after his conviction of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, according to prosecutor Shannon Johnson.
Metheney was placed on five years supervised probation. Following that, the Defendant is subject to ten years extended supervision under the supervision of an Intensive Sex Offender Probation Officer. He will also be required to register as a sex offender.
Prosecutor Johnson said Dennis McCune entered a guilty plea to Attempt to Commit Operating and Attempt to Operate Clandestine Drug Laboratories, a felony. He will be sentenced on April 18th.
Joshawa Whipkey entered a plea of no contest to possession of a controlled substance. His case is set for sentencing on April 18th.
Daniel Slider and William Vandal's trials were continued to June 7th.
